Return Eligibility Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.

Situations Eligible for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange request may be considered in the following circumstances:

• the product was damaged during transit
• the product is faulty or not functioning as intended
• the item delivered differs from the item ordered
• the customer decides they no longer require the item
• an incorrect item was purchased by mistake

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item should:

• be returned within 30 days of delivery
• be in reasonable condition
• not show excessive signs of use, wear, or damage
• include all accessories, components, and included items where possible

Proof of purchase may be requested to assist with the return process.

Refunds, Replacements, and Exchanges

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will review the request and notify you of the outcome.

Depending on the circumstances, one of the following resolutions may be offered:

• replacement

Return Shipping Costs

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or was supplied incorrectly, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For returns unrelated to product defects or shipping errors, the customer may be responsible for return postage costs.

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Packaging Recommendations
